Telecalling officer

We are looking for a confident and customer\-oriented Telesales Executive to generate leads, connect with potential customers, promote company products, and support sales growth through effective telephonic communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.
• Generate leads, identify customer requirements, and develop potential business opportunities.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and follow\-up activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve business targets.
• Prepare daily call reports and provide regular sales updates.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• **Excellent communication skills in Bengali, English, and Hindi are mandatory.**
• Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer\-focused attitude with a positive and professional approach.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow up consistently.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
