We work with businesses, software companies, HRMS providers, payroll platforms, and system integrators across multiple industries.
- *Job Summary**
We are looking for a dynamic and results\-driven **Telecalling Sales Executive** to engage with potential customers, partners, and existing clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, be comfortable discussing technology solutions, and have the ability to nurture leads through the complete sales cycle—from initial contact to payment collection and relationship management.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound sales and outreach calls to prospective customers and partners.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Explain company products and services clearly to prospects and educate them on the benefits of our solutions.
- Understand basic technology concepts and effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Conduct regular follow\-ups with leads until closure.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage online meetings through Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with the technical team for product demonstrations, onboarding, and support requirements.
- Generate quotations, invoices, and payment links for customers.
- Follow up on payments and ensure transaction details are received and properly recorded.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meetings, and sales activities.
- Support priority customer calls whenever required, including occasional assistance beyond standard working hours.
- *Required Skills \& Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling sales.
- Should have prior experience in handling International clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship\-building abilities.
- Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or business development.
- Ability to understand and explain technology products and services.
- Good organizational and follow\-up skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple teams.
- Professional attitude with a customer\-focused approach.
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi is an added advantage (Not Mandatory).
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, HRMS, attendance systems, access control, or technology\-related products is preferred.
