TEOCO’s Audit and Managed Services team is seeking a smart, self\-motivated, and collaborative candidate. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a consulting team, building a foundation of telecom knowledge related to our clients and developing advanced software skills.
##### **Key Responsibilities**
Review data sources and/or reporting to identify circuits that have been or should have been disconnected from billing.
Analyze data sources including, but not limited to, quotes, orders, emails, contracts, invoices, invoice data, client data files, and client provisioning systems.
Support the lifecycle of the findings process, including issue generation, client approval, vendor approval, and timely resolution.
Develop subject matter expertise (SME) over time in the assigned client provisioning system.
Apply general audit principles such as pattern recognition, data filtering, and cross\-referencing multiple data sources during research and analysis.
Utilize software tools including MS Office Suite, KNIME, and Business Objects as part of daily activities.
Review vendor responses to systematically created disputes and evaluate their validity.
Validate that expected credits related to disputes have been received and accurately applied.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.
##### **Required Skills \& Competencies**
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics.
Experience with MS Office Suite and querying tools such as KNIME.
Demonstrated analytical and problem\-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
###### **Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge**
2\+ years of experience working in a telecom audit, Revenue Assurance (RA), or network planning environment.
