We are seeking dynamic and driven Telemarketing Executives to support for UK Financial Products by generating high\-quality leads and scheduling qualified appointments.
This role is ideal for individuals who excel in communication, enjoy engaging with customers, and are motivated by targets and performance incentives.
Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients in the UK market.
Generate and qualify leads for Financial products.
Understand customer financial needs and recommend solutions.
Schedule appointments for Financial Advisors.
Clearly communicate product benefits and build customer trust.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM systems.
Achieve and exceed assigned targets and KPIs.
Ensure a professional and customer\-centric approach in all interactions.
Candidate Requirements Excellent spoken English (mandatory); neutral accent preferred.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Self\-motivated, target\-oriented, and proactive attitude.
Ability to work in a fast\-paced, performance\-driven environment.
Open to working 6 days a week in UK shifts.
Fresher and interns with strong communication skills are welcome; prior experience in telemarketing or insurance is an advantage.
Pay: ₹18,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
