Salary and Benefits

• **CTC:** ₹24,000 per month
• **In\-Hand Salary:** Approximately ₹20,000 per month
• **Incentives:** Up to ₹20,000, based on performance

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and convert inquiries into successful bookings and sales.
• Assist customers with booking\-related queries and provide accurate information about services.
• Address customer concerns, resolve queries, and handle objections professionally.
• Follow up with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow company procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, BPO, call centre, or customer support.
• Fluency in **English and Hindi is mandatory**.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer\-handling skills.
• Ability to handle sales targets and customer objections.
• Target\-oriented, self\-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment.

Working Hours

• 9\-hour rotational shifts scheduled between **7:00 AM and 12:00 midnight**.
• Candidates must be flexible to work on weekends and festivals as required.

• This is a **work\-from\-office** position at Jayanagar, Bengaluru.
• Candidates should be comfortable with sales targets and performance\-based incentives.
