Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to explain offerings.
●Convert leads into by effectively pitching products/services.
●Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion as set by the Telesales Manager.
●Accurately maintain records of all calls, conversations, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems.
●Handle objections and customer queries professionally and confidently.
●Share product updates, offers, or changes with potential users during conversations.
●Coordinate with field teams or onboarding teams where required.
●Minimum 6 months\-2 years of experience in telesales, outbound calling, or inside sales.
●Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
●Fluent in Hindi and/or regional languages; basic English preferred.
●Ability to meet high call volumes and daily sales targets.
