We act as a bridge between customers and financial institutions, offering solutions such as personal loans, business loans, home loans, and other financial products.
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining financial products, generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and achieving sales targets through outbound and inbound calls.
- Contact prospective customers through calls and follow\-ups.
- Explain Blink Finance products and services to potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads from provided databases.
- Maintain regular follow\-ups with interested customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and loan processing.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
- *Required Qualifications**
- Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in Tele Sales, Customer Service, Banking, NBFC, DSA, or Financial Services will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer\-focused approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
