1\. Drive Sales: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to pitch our products/services and close sales.
2\. Lead Management: Follow up on warm leads, inquiries, and customer referrals efficiently.
Customer Consultations: Actively listen to customer needs, address objections, and provide tailored solutions.
3\. Upsell \& Cross\-sell: Identify opportunities to upsell premium packages or complementary services.
4\. CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up\-to\-date records of all customer interactions, sales, and follow\-ups in our CRM system.
5\. Hit Targets: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly sales revenue targets.
6\. Product Expertise: Stay fully informed on product updates, pricing plans, and competitive market trends.
1\. Experience: 1\-3 years of experience in telesales, outbound call centers, or inside sales preferred (we are also open to training high\-energy freshers!)
2\. Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
3\. Tech\-Savvy: Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic MS Office
4\. Mindset: Highly resilient, self\-motivated, and capable of handling rejection with a positive attitude.
5\. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a relatec field is a plus.
