Upsell tickets to clients by recommending higher\-end seats or suggesting VIP tickets.
Process online reservations and update the system to reflect the new status for each eventRespond swiftly and courteously to customer complaints or inquiriesFollow the suggested script provided to all Inside Sales RepresentativesCapture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow\-upAdjust your sales presentation based on success/fail averagesBuild rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication.Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
