RedLearning is looking for dynamic and result\-oriented B2C Education Counsellors to guide students in choosing the right courses and career pathways. The role involves interacting with prospective students, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
\* Handle student inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk\-ins.
\* Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
\* Follow up with leads and maintain a strong conversion ratio.
\* Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
\* Maintain accurate records of leads, follow\-ups, and admissions.
\* Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth onboarding.
Target \& Performance Expectations
\* Monthly admission targets as assigned by management.
\* Consistent follow\-up and lead conversion activities.
\* Performance incentives based on target achievement and revenue generation.
\* Regular reporting to the Reporting Manager/HOD.
Requirements
\* Excellent communication and counselling skills.
\* Minimum 1 year experience in sales, counselling, admissions, or customer relations preferred.
\* Strong negotiation and relationship\-building skills.
\* Target\-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
\* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
