Job Title: Telemarketing Executive

Location: Egmore, Chennai

Experience \- 6 months to 1 years

Work Mode: Work from Office

Key Responsibilities \- Contact registered candidates/customers via phone.

\- Explain the company's services and paid membership packages.

\- Educate customers about the benefits of the application and membership plans.

\- Convince customers to opt for paid subscription plans (3\-month and 6\-month memberships).

\- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. \- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

\- Achieve daily and monthly sales/conversion targets.

\- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow\-ups. \- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Requirements

\- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate (preferred). Excellent communication skills in Tamil

\- Experience in telecalling, telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.

\-Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

\- Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹22,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
