We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to manage client interactions for our Glass Systems vertical. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, follow up with potential customers, schedule appointments, and ensure a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities
\- Customer Engagement: Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp, providing product details and solutions.
\- Follow\-ups: Proactively follow up on leads and past inquiries to convert them into sales.
\- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and set up meetings with architects, designers, and clients.
\- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
\- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical team to provide accurate information to customers.
\- Record Keeping: Maintain a database of inquiries, follow\-ups, and customer feedback.
Qualifications \& Skills
\- 2\-3 years of experience in customer relations, sales coordination, or business development (preferably in the interior design, architecture, or glass industry).
\- Strong communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and English.
\- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively.
\- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
\- Self\-motivated, organized, and customer\-oriented.
