Telesales Executive

• *Job Summary:**

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Executive to generate sales leads and close deals over the phone. You will be the voice of our company, engaging with potential customers to explain our offerings and drive conversions.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Call potential customers from a provided database to pitch products/services.
• Understand customer needs and guide them through the buying process.
• Maintain an accurate log of all conversations in the CRM/database.
• Follow up diligently with prospective clients to close sales.

• *Requirements:**

• **Education:** Graduate in any stream.
• **Experience:** **0 to 2 years** (Prior telesales or customer service experience is an advantage).
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to handle rejections gracefully and stay motivated.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
