Job Description

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Outbound Calling:** Make a high volume of calls to potential leads provided by the company or sourced independently.
  • **Product Pitching:** Explain product or service features, benefits, and pricing to prospects clearly and persuasively.
  • **Lead Qualification:** Ask probing questions to identify customer needs and determine if they are a fit for the product.
  • **Objection Handling:** Address customer concerns, answer product\-related questions, and resolve queries to preserve company reputation.
  • **Database Management:** Log call outcomes and update customer details accurately in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software system.
  • **Target Achievement:** Work consistently to meet or exceed individual and team sales quotas.
  • *Key Requirements**
  • **Education:** High school diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • **Experience:** 0 to 1 year of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer\-facing role.
  • **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Fluency in local languages or English is typically required.
  • **Soft Skills:** Resilient, goal\-oriented, and able to handle rejection calmly.
  • **Tech Literacy:** Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and willingness to learn CRM tools.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹20,000\.00 per month
