Job Summary

Shubharambh Multi Product Private Limited is looking for energetic, confident, and result\-oriented **Tele Sales Executives / Business Development Executives** to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through telecalling and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential and existing customers through calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with traders, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Follow up on inquiries and quotations until closure.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.

Requirements

• Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
• 0–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a target\-driven environment.
