This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about pharmaceutical sales, communication, business development, and client relationship management.

Job Role

• Telecalling\-based Pharma Sales
• PCD Pharma Franchise Development
• Distribution \& Client Coordination
• Business Development and Lead Conversion
• Client Follow\-ups and Relationship Management

Key Responsibilities

• Handle telecalling and sales activities in the PCD Pharma segment
• Generate new business opportunities and franchise inquiries
• Communicate professionally with clients, distributors, and business associates
• Maintain strong client relationships through regular follow\-ups
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth business operations
• Maintain basic sales records and reporting

Skills Required

✅ Good communication skills in English \& Hindi

✅ Strong negotiation and convincing skills

✅ Confidence in telecalling and client interaction

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ Positive attitude and professional approach

Eligibility Criteria

• Freshers with Pharma educational background can apply
• Experienced candidates from Pharma Sales / PCD Sales preferred
• Male \& Female candidates both can apply
