Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling: Contact potential clients from provided lists (leads).
Lead Generation: Identify new prospects and nurture existing leads.
Property Information: Clearly explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location.
Customer Needs: Understand client requirements to suggest suitable properties.
Scheduling: Book appointments for site visits and meetings with sales agents.
Database Management: Update CRM systems with client information and call notes.
Follow\-Ups: Maintain consistent contact with clients to ensure engagement.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets.
Essential Skills
Excellent communication (verbal \& listening) and interpersonal skills.
Persuasion and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of real estate or sales processes.
Ability to work with CRM software.
Role in the Sales Process
The tele caller is the first point of contact, filtering and qualifying leads before passing them to agents, thereby streamlining the sales funnel and focusing agents' efforts on serious buyers
