Travifai is building a transparent travel ecosystem by removing unnecessary commissions and middle layers between hotels, travel agencies, and travellers.
We are an early\-stage startup focused on creating direct connections and enabling all stakeholders to grow together. This is a fast\-paced, high\-ownership environment where performance and execution matter.
As a Supply Growth Officer, your primary responsibility is revenue generation through onboarding and converting hotels and travel agencies onto the Travifai platform.
This is a target\-driven sales role requiring high ownership, consistency, and strong execution.
- Connect with hotels, travel agencies, and potential partners via calls and other channels
- Convert leads into paying customers and onboard them on the platform
- Generate your own leads through research (Google, LinkedIn, references, etc.)
- Continuously follow up until closure (Yes/No outcome)
- Handle objections related to pricing, trust, and product understanding
- Maintain and manage your sales pipeline independently
- Contribute to revenue generation through onboarding and booking opportunities
- Share market feedback and suggest improvements in pitch or approach
- 30–50 calls per day
- Consistent follow\-ups with prospects
- Pipeline tracking and deal management
- Continuous improvement in pitch and conversion approach

- Strong interest in sales, business development, or revenue roles
- Confident communication and persuasion skills
- Comfortable with high\-volume calling and follow\-ups
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Self\-driven, proactive, and result\-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work in a target\-driven, high\-performance environment
- Experience 2\-3 Years in tele sales, field sales, selling subscriptions and packages.
- Based in Uttarakhand and available for in\-office work
- BBA / B.Com / MBA (Marketing) preferred (not mandatory)
