The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with potential clients, handle lead conversations professionally, and schedule qualified meetings for senior sales representatives. Candidates with prior experience in IT services, digital solutions, or related industries will be preferred.
*Key Responsibilities**
Handle outbound and inbound client calls professionally
Connect with leads and understand their business requirements
Present company services in **IT, Web3, Blockchain, and Digital Solutions**
Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior sales team members
Maintain regular follow\-ups with interested prospects
Update CRM systems and maintain lead records accurately
Support the sales team in lead conversion activities
Build positive and long\-term client relationships
*Mandatory Requirement**
**Prior experience in IT services, digital solutions, or similar industries is mandatory**
*Preferred Qualifications**
1–3 years of **experience in telesales, inside sales, or client coordination**
Strong communication and convincing skills
Confidence in handling client conversations and objections
Basic understanding of **CRM** and sales tracking tools
