Telecaller Executive – Job Description

*Job Title:** Telecaller Executive
*Location:** Vadakara
*Salary:** ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month \+ Attractive Incentives

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer\-focused Telecaller Executive to generate leads, handle inquiries, and support admissions and sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students and customers.
Explain courses, programs, and services effectively.
Follow up on inquiries and maintain lead records.
Schedule appointments for Academic Counselors.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

Update CRM and maintain daily call reports.

Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Plus Two / Degree qualification.
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales.
Strong communication and convincing abilities.
