Job Description

**Outbound Calling:** Proactively contact potential customers to generate leads, sell products, or set appointments.
**Inbound Calling:** Handle incoming customer inquiries, provide information, and address issues.
**Sales Conversion:** Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services by explaining benefits.
**Data Management:** Accurately update customer records, call logs, and contact information in the CRM software.
**Target Achievement:** Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call volume and sales conversion targets.
**Relationship Management:** Maintain professional, polite communication to build customer rapport and trust.

**Experience:** Previous experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or in customer service is preferred.

**Communication:** Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or regional languages.

**Interpersonal Skills:** Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.

**Technical Knowledge:** Proficiency in using computers and CRM software.

**Resilience:** Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure to meet targets.

**Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in sales/marketing is a plus.

Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
