We are seeking a dynamic and target\-driven Telesales Executive for Life Insurance sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective customers, explaining life insurance products, generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, and maintaining long\-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, persuasion, and customer handling skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.
\*Key Responsibilities\*
1\.Sales \& Customer Acquisition
2\.Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads and databases.
3\.Promote and sell life insurance products over phone calls.
4\.Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Convert leads into successful sales closures.
5\.Generate new business opportunities through follow\-ups and referrals.
6\.Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
7\.Address customer concerns, objections, and queries effectively.
8\.Provide accurate information regarding policy benefits, premiums, coverage, and terms \& conditions.
9\.Maintain regular follow\-up with interested customers.
10\.Update customer interactions and sales status in CRM/software.
Maintain and organize lead database records.
11\.Coordinate with internal departments for policy issuance and documentation.
Compliance \& Documentation
Ensure adherence to company policies and insurance regulatory guidelines.
Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Complete all required sales documentation accurately.
