Job Title: Telecaller
\*Job Summary\*
We are looking for a Telecaller to contact customers over the phone, share information about our products/services, and generate leads or sales.
\*Key Responsibilities\*
\- Make outgoing calls to new and existing customers from the given database
\- Explain products/services clearly and answer customer questions
\- Follow scripts to handle different customer situations
\- Update customer details and call outcomes in the system
\- Achieve daily/weekly call and sales targets
\- Follow up with customers as needed
\- Report to the team leader/manager
\*Requirements\*
\- graduate preferred
\- communication skills in English and Tamil
\- Basic computer knowledge
\- Confident, polite, and patient on calls
\- Freshers can apply

\- \*Salary\*: ₹11000 per month \+ incentives
\- \*Working hours\*: 9 AM – 5 PM, 5\.5 days a week and 1\.5 hrs break time
