Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and result\-oriented Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining company products and services, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and maintaining customer relationships. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply, while experienced candidates will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities Customer Calling
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products, services, and promotional offers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Schedule appointments for field sales executives and business development teams.
Customer Support
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication.
Lead Management
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Update customer information and call records in CRM/software.
- Maintain daily call logs and lead status reports.
Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Share customer feedback and market information with management.
Eligibility CriteriaFor Freshers
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to learn and grow in sales and customer service.
For Experienced Candidates
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, or Call Center operations.
- Experience in lead generation and customer handling preferred.
- Knowledge of CRM software will be an advantage.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and customer\-focused approach.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Basic MS Office and computer proficiency.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per hour
