Job Summary
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive **Tender Executive** with experience in related tender to **Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management Consultancy (PMC) works.** The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with technical teams,Account team and submitting tenders through various e\-procurement portals such as **GeM, CPPP, e\-Procurement Portals, Wizard Portal, and other government procurement platforms**.
Key Responsibilities
- Search, analyze, and identify relevant tenders related to **Architecture, Interior Design, Master Planning, Urban Planning, PMC, Engineering Consultancy, and Infrastructure Projects**.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids on portals such as:
- GeM (Government e\-Marketplace)
- CPPP (Central Public Procurement Portal)
- State E\-Procurement Portals
- Wizard Portal
- Railways, Metro, Airport, Smart City, and other government procurement portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and contractual terms.
- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, and management teams for technical documentation and bid preparation.
- Prepare EMD, Tender Fee, Affidavits, Undertakings, Declarations, and other compliance documents.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, bid status, contracts, and correspondence.
- Handle online tender submissions, bid clarifications, pre\-bid queries, and tender\-related communications.
- Monitor tender results, corrigenda, amendments, and upcoming opportunities.
- Prepare company credentials, project profiles, presentations, and qualification documents required for tender submissions.
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and submission deadlines.
- Liaise with clients, government departments, and consortium/JV partners when required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma
- 1–2 years of experience in **Tendering, Bid Management, or Proposal Preparation**.
- Experience in **Architecture, Interior Design, PMC, Engineering Consultancy, or Construction Industry** preferred.
