We are looking for a Tender Executive to handle government and private tenders related to CCTV surveillance systems, networking, and security solutions. The candidate will be responsible for tracking upcoming tenders, preparing bid documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely submission of bids. Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm \& Fire Safety systems will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Search and track upcoming tenders on GEM, CPPP, eProcurement, and other tender portals.
Prepare and submit technical bids, commercial bids, and tender documents.
Handle complete tendering process from documentation to final submission.
Coordinate with sales, technical, accounts, and management teams for tender requirements.
Prepare BOQ, compliance sheets, quotations, and supporting documents.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and maintain proper records.
Follow up on tender status, approvals, and project updates.
Communicate with clients regarding tender queries and clarifications.
Support vendor registrations and business development activities.
Maintain basic knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems, networking, and security solutions.
