About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result\-oriented Territory Manager to lead business growth, admissions, operations, and team performance across multiple centers in Punjab. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in sales, team management, and business development, preferably from the education, training, EdTech, or service industry.
✅ Drive admissions, revenue, and business growth across assigned centers
✅ Lead and mentor Centre Managers, Counsellors, and Marketing teams
✅ Monitor enquiry generation, conversions, and collections
✅ Plan and execute local marketing and promotional activities
✅ Ensure smooth centre operations and compliance with SOPs
✅ Build partnerships with schools, colleges, and local organizations
✅ Review centre performance through regular visits and audits
✅ Maintain MIS reports and present territory performance updates
✅ Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and retention
✔ Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
✔ 5\+ years of experience in Territory Management, Sales, Operations, or Business Development
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
✔ Experience in Education, Skill Development, EdTech,, Franchise, or Service Industry preferred
✔ Willingness to travel extensively across Punjab

Pay: ₹50,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
