We are looking for a highly motivated and result\-oriented **Territory Manager \- Subscription Salesforce** to build, manage, and expand channel partnerships for candidate onboarding, subscription sales, and business growth.
The ideal candidate should possess strong relationship management skills, sales expertise, and the ability to develop and manage agency and partner networks effectively.
- *Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Partner Development**
- Identify, onboard, and manage agency/channel partners for business expansion
- Build strong relationships with partners and maintain regular engagement
- Support partners in achieving onboarding and sales targets
- Develop strategies to strengthen channel partner performance
- *Candidate Onboarding \& Subscription Sales**
- Drive candidate onboarding through agency and channel networks
- Promote Vryfide subscriptions, career solutions, and AI\-powered tools
- Ensure high conversion rates and customer satisfaction
- Support partners in lead generation and onboarding activities
- *Sales \& Business Growth**
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Generate new business opportunities through channel partnerships
- Monitor regional market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Maintain strong follow\-up and conversion processes
- *Training \& Partner Support**
- Train channel partners regarding Vryfide products and services
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and performance reviews
- Provide ongoing support to improve partner productivity and engagement
- *Relationship Management**
- Ensure long\-term relationships with channel partners and clients
- Resolve partner concerns and maintain service quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and operational support
- 2–8\+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Agency Sales, Business Development, EdTech, HRTech, Recruitment, or Client Acquisition
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship\-building and partner management abilities
- Ability to work in a target\-driven and fast\-paced environment
- Experience in handling agency/channel partner networks preferred
