Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the assigned sales territory.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers and retail partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular market visits and monitor sales activities.
• Ensure product availability and visibility across the assigned territory.
• Track competitor activities, pricing and market trends.
• Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure effective execution of company sales strategies and promotions.
• Meet customers and channel partners regularly to understand their requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–11 years of relevant **FMCG Sales / Territory Sales** experience.
• Strong knowledge of territory handling and field sales.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Target\-oriented with strong sales and relationship\-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Interview Process

• *2 Rounds – Both Virtual**

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
