Territory Sales Executive

We are looking for a specialized and performance\-driven **Sales Executive for Rampurhat, Siuri (Birbhum, WB) location** to drive growth within the **Off\-The\-Road (OTR) tyre segment**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for targeting institutional clients, mining heavy\-duty accounts, and managing direct\-to\-site or dealer sales for earthmovers, loaders, graders, cranes, and mining equipment.

• **Key Responsibilities***

• Prospect, pitch, and onboard large industrial clients, including mining contractors, infrastructure developers, construction companies, quarries, and port authorities.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual volume, revenue, and gross\-margin targets specifically for bias and radial OTR tyre lines.
• Conduct regular technical\-commercial site visits at project locations, open\-cast mines, and construction yards to assess operating conditions and recommend optimal tyre specifications.
• Manage high\-value negotiations, tender bidding, fleet trial evaluations, and supply contracts with key stakeholders and procurement heads.

• **Skills \& experience required :***

• Confident interpersonal and communication skills to deal with fleet managers, contractors, and procurement decision\-makers.
• **Drive \& Resilience:** Self\-motivated, target\-oriented approach with the ability to navigate competitive sales environments.
• **Field Readiness:** Comfortable with regular travel and on\-site visits to industrial yards, project sites, or client headquarters.
• Candidates from Rampurhat/ Siuri/ Pachami or any nearby locations or ready to relocate will be given preference.

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹25,000\.00 per month
