Job Description
Swipewire Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is the company behind Dusto, a B2B commerce platform connecting retailers with a wide range of quality FMCG, grocery, cleaning, and household products. We are expanding our presence and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
\- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
\- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.
\- Expand Dusto's retailer and distributor network.
\- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
\- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
\- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy customer relationships.
\- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
\- Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
Education
- Master's (Preferred)
Experience
- FMCG: 3 years (Required)
