We are actively seeking an experienced Testing and Validation Engineer with a specialization in electric two\-wheelers. The role involves comprehensive planning and execution of vehicle and component\-level testing, including durability, strain gauging, and failure analysis.

• *Key Responsibilities:*** Full Vehicle Road Load Data Acquisition: Conduct comprehensive road load data acquisition for electric two\-wheelers using various types of sensors like Strain Gauge, Accelerometer, LVDT, etc.
• Fixture and Test Setup Design: Prepare and design fixtures and test setups for both static and dynamic data acquisition testing.
• Strain Gauging: Perform strain gauging for structural components like chassis, swing arm, etc.
• Failure Analysis: Conduct failure analysis for structural components such as swing arm and chassis.
• Data Acquisition and Post\-Processing: Proficiency in acquisition and post processing of ride metrics and auxiliary data related to test procedures.
• Report Preparation: Document all test procedures, findings, and recommendations in detailed reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with cross\-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless testing and validation processes.
• *Qualifications and Skills:*** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Testing and Validation Department as a Durability Engineer.
• Strong skills in the following areas:

+ Cam Drum

+ Fixture Design

+ Component Level Test

+ Instrumentation

+ Vibration Testing
