We are looking for a creative and detail\-oriented **Textile Designer** with experience in the home and bedding industry to join our design team in Coimbatore.
Key Responsibilities
Develop original textile prints, patterns, weaves, and color stories for home and bedding collections.
Research market trends, consumer preferences, seasonal directions, and competitor products.
Work closely with product development and merchandising teams to translate concepts into commercially viable products.
Create design presentations, mood boards, CADs, repeats, and technical artwork.
Ensure design consistency aligned with brand aesthetics and quality standards.
Coordinate with production teams for sampling, approvals, and execution.
Required Experience \& Skill Sets
Degree/Diploma in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in textile design, preferably in home textiles, bedding, or related categories.
Strong understanding of fabric construction, print development, colorways, and textile applications.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant textile CAD tools.
Good sense of aesthetics, trends, textures, and material combinations.
Ability to manage multiple collections and timelines efficiently.
Strong communication and collaborative working skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with premium or lifestyle home brands will be an added advantage.
