Should be able to block PNR on GDS, and LCC portals and check all fare rules, cancellations, and other terms and conditions
Issuing tickets on online portals
Should have good relations with Airlines.
Negotiate, source, and maintain relevant airline contracts direct from airlines
Raising group ticketing query to respective airline and following up with them for early revert
Analyze market fares versus air add\-on charts and recommend changes as necessary from published fares, group fares, fare sales, web, low\-cost carriers, airline contracts and consolidators

Should be well versed with City Codes \& Airline Codes
Handle all flight and fare queries for the clients and internal teams
Keep an update on current airline routes.
Maintain a polite manner with clients even under stressful conditions
Maintain records of all bookings and transactions.
Depth understanding of airline routes, connections etc.
Strong analytical skills in interpreting situations and information
Handling the client's ticketing\-related inquiries on call as well as via email and ensuring the timely response to the client
*Skill set and experience required:**
Candidate must have good GDS knowledge of Galileo (Mandatory)
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Have prior experience in business/Leisure/MICE travel
Minimum 5 years of ticketing operations management experience preferably in air ticketing environment
