We are seeking a dynamic and customer\-focused Ticketing Executive cum Sales Executive to manage ticketing operations while actively promoting and selling travel\-related products and services. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer service expertise, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell travel packages, holiday packages, visa assistance, travel insurance, and related services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Travel \& Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in airline ticketing, travel consultancy, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- Knowledge of airline ticketing procedures and travel regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reservation systems.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
