• *Roles \& Responsibility (Job Profile)**

• Execution of Digital Initiatives

• Execute assigned digitalization projects on the shop floor and across business processes.
• Work closely with the Group Leader to implement automation and digital tools as per the defined plan.
• SFA Tool Operations

• Handle day\-to\-day activities related to the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
• Resolve basic issues and support users in routine operations.
• User Support \& Issue Resolution

• Act as the first point of contact for end users.
• Troubleshoot basic system and process\-related issues.
• Escalate complex problems to the Group Leader for further resolution.
• Vendor Follow\-ups

• Coordinate with vendors for ongoing support activities, issue resolution, and scheduled tasks.
• Track open issues and ensure their timely closure.
• Data Collection \& Basic Reporting

• Collect data from various systems and prepare basic reports.
• Ensure data accuracy and highlight discrepancies to the Group Leader.
• Documentation Support

• Maintain and update basic documentation, including user guides, SOPs, checklists, and logs of issues and resolutions.
• Training Support

• Assist in training end users on digital tools and processes.
• Provide practical, hands\-on guidance to ensure smooth adoption.
• Process Compliance

• Ensure users follow defined digital processes and SOPs.
• Monitor adherence and report any deviations.
• *Competency (Candidate Profile)**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3\-5 years of experience in Digital Manufacturing/Industry 4\.0, project management, or a related field, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
