### **About the Role**

We are looking for a detail\-oriented and strategic **Manager – Finance \& Accounts** to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business decision\-making. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial reporting, taxation, and team management.

### **Key Responsibilities**

• Oversee end\-to\-end **finance and accounting operations**
• Manage **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing**
• Prepare and review **financial statements** in compliance with applicable standards
• Ensure adherence to **statutory compliance, taxation (GST, TDS), and audits**
• Coordinate with **internal and external auditors**
• Monitor **cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting**
• Drive **cost optimization and financial efficiency**
• Develop and implement **financial policies and internal controls**
• Lead and mentor the **finance and accounts team**
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams for **business planning and analysis**

### **Key Skills \& Qualifications**

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of **accounting principles, taxation, and compliance**
• Experience with **ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally, etc.)**
• Excellent analytical, problem\-solving, and leadership skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities
• High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

### **Preferred Experience**

• Min 2 \- 4 Years Experience post CA (Mandatory)
• Exposure to **financial audits and regulatory compliance**
• Experience managing a team.
