We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Business Analyst to support our application modernization initiative. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing current workflows, documenting business and technical requirements, and identifying bottlenecks—particularly in the application packaging process. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition from legacy systems to modern, scalable solutions.

• Analyze and map existing business workflows and application processes.
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the application packaging and deployment lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including developers, IT Application Owners, product owners, and infrastructure teams.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support UAT planning and execution by defining test cases and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in change management and training documentation for end\-users.

• **Business Process Modeling**: Visio, Tableau, Power Apps
• **Requirements Management**: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint Online
• **Application Packaging Knowledge**: MSI, App\-V, MSIX, SCCM, Intune (basic understanding)
• **Data Analysis**: Excel, SQL (basic querying), Power Apps (preferred)
• **Documentation Tools**: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
• **Understanding of Modernization Concepts**: Cloud migration, containerization, CI/CD pipelines (conceptual level)
