About BK Nexus Enterprises

BK Nexus Enterprises is developing the Warangal Trade Exhibition initiative to connect businesses, industries, manufacturers, startups, educational institutions, investors, and corporate organizations through trade exhibitions, industry summits, HR conclaves, and business networking events.

We are looking for enthusiastic and target\-oriented professionals to drive exhibition sales, acquire sponsors, onboard exhibitors, and establish corporate partnerships for upcoming events in Warangal, Telangana.

Key Responsibilities

1\. Exhibition Sales \& Exhibitor Acquisition

\- Identify and approach companies interested in participating in trade exhibitions.

\- Promote exhibition stalls and participation opportunities to manufacturers, industries, startups, retailers, service providers, and business organizations.

\- Contact companies through telephone calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and direct meetings.

\- Explain exhibition packages, stall options, participation benefits, and commercial terms.

\- Generate leads and convert prospective exhibitors into confirmed participants.

\- Maintain exhibitor databases, sales pipelines, follow\-up schedules, and booking records.

2\. Sponsorship Acquisition

\- Identify potential sponsors, corporate partners, investors, and supporting organizations for exhibitions and industry events.

\- Approach companies for title sponsorships, presenting sponsorships, associate sponsorships, and other approved sponsorship packages.

\- Prepare and share sponsorship proposals, presentations, and event partnership details.

\- Coordinate meetings with business owners, marketing heads, corporate representatives, and decision\-makers.

\- Negotiate sponsorship packages and follow up until agreements and payments are confirmed.

\- Build long\-term relationships with sponsors for future exhibitions, summits, and conclaves.

3\. Corporate Partnerships \& Business Development

\- Develop relationships with industry associations, chambers of commerce, trade organizations, business communities, and local entrepreneurs.

\- Identify companies from sectors such as manufacturing, solar energy, automobiles, electric vehicles, IT, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, retail, and education.

\- Explore opportunities for corporate participation, product demonstrations, networking sessions, and industry presentations.

\- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure that exhibitor and sponsor commitments are delivered as agreed.

4\. Event Coordination Support

\- Coordinate with the exhibition operations team regarding stall bookings, exhibitor requirements, branding, and promotional materials.

\- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, proposals, confirmations, sponsorship commitments, and payments.

\- Support pre\-event marketing, exhibitor communication, and post\-event relationship management.

\- Coordinate with event teams to support the smooth execution of exhibitions lasting 3–4 days.

Work Locations \& Work Models

Warangal / Hanamkonda

\- Local corporate visits and business meetings.

\- Direct sales to exhibitors and potential sponsors.

\- Networking with local industries, businesses, associations, and entrepreneurs.

\- Coordination with the exhibition operations team.

Remote Work – Work From Home

\- Online lead generation and prospect research.

\- Contacting companies through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.

\- Sharing proposals and following up with prospective exhibitors and sponsors.

\- Conducting virtual meetings and maintaining sales reports.

\- Acquiring exhibitors and sponsors from outside Warangal.

Both work models will have defined sales targets and performance expectations.

Eligibility Criteria

\- Graduates or candidates with relevant sales and business development experience.

\- Experience in event sales, exhibition management, sponsorship sales, B2B sales, advertising, or corporate partnerships is preferred.

\- Freshers with excellent communication, persuasion, and sales skills may also apply.

\- Knowledge of Telugu, Hindi, and English is an added advantage.

\- Basic computer skills, email communication, spreadsheets, and presentation skills are desirable.

Compensation \& Performance

\- Fixed monthly salary based on experience and suitability.

\- Performance\-based incentives linked to agreed sales and sponsorship targets.

\- Compensation and incentive terms will be discussed during the interview.

\- Monthly targets and reporting expectations will be communicated during onboarding.
