Job Title: Trainee Graduate– Process (T2\)

Location \- Baner, Pune

Job Summary Nutzen Engineering Solutions is seeking enthusiastic and motivated engineering graduates to join our Process Engineering team as Trainee Process Engineers. The selected candidates will undergo structured training and gain hands\-on experience in process design, engineering calculations, project execution, commissioning, and optimization of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Anaerobic Digesters, and Biogas Purification Systems.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in preparation of process calculations, mass balances, hydraulic calculations, and equipment sizing. Support development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping \& Instrumentation Diagrams (P\&IDs), and process documentation.  Prepare technical datasheets, reports, and engineering deliverables under the guidance of senior engineers.  Assist in project engineering, procurement coordination, and technical documentation activities.

Required Qualifications  Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.  Freshers (0–1 year of experience) are eligible to apply.

Desired Skills  Basic understanding of Mass Transfer, Fluid Mechanics, Heat Transfer, and Unit Operations.  Fundamental knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes.  Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).  Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.  Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.  Good verbal and written communication skills.  Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications  Process Engineering Diploma Course completed from reputed institutes. Familiarity with biogas, anaerobic digestion, or sustainability\-related technologies.  Software Skills  MS Excel  MS Word and PowerPoint  AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred)  Familiarity with process simulation software will be an added advantage
