Trainee Process Engineer

1\. Study and understand client process requirements, production objectives, and project scope.

2\. Attend initial client meetings along with senior engineers to gather technical requirements and process information.

3\. Prepare detailed meeting notes, requirement summaries, and action points after client discussions.

4\. Conduct technical research on various industrial processes, equipment, and emerging technologies.

5\. Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) based on client requirements and engineering discussions.

6\. Modify and update process flow diagrams based on internal reviews and client feedback until process finalization.

7\. Prepare technical specification sheets for individual equipment and complete process plants.

8\. Develop technical summary sheets, project briefs, and concept notes for client presentations and proposals.

9\. Assist in preparing mass balance, utility consumption estimates, and preliminary process calculations.

10\. Support equipment selection and process optimization activities.

11\. Prepare professional technical presentations, reports, and techno\-commercial documents.

12\. Maintain proper documentation and records of all engineering projects and revisions.

13\. Utilize AI tools such as ChatGPT and other engineering AI platforms for technical research, data analysis, content development, and process conceptualization.

14\. Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of AI\-generated engineering outputs.

15\. Verify and validate all AI\-generated technical information before incorporating it into engineering documents.

16\. Assist in developing standardized templates, engineering databases, and AI\-assisted workflows for process engineering activities.

17\. Stay updated with advancements in process engineering, industrial technologies, and artificial intelligence tools.

18\. Support senior engineers in process design reviews, client discussions, and project execution activities.

19\. Ensure all engineering documents comply with company standards, technical requirements, and quality expectations.

20\. Perform any additional process engineering, research, documentation, or project\-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000\.00 \- ₹18,000\.00 per month
