Trainer-Digital Marketing & E-Commerce

We are looking for a skilled and passionate **Digital Marketing \& E\-Commerce Trainer** to deliver high\-quality training under CSR\-funded skill development initiatives. The trainer will be responsible for equipping learners—primarily from underserved communities—with practical, job\-ready skills in digital marketing and online commerce, enhancing their employability and entrepreneurial capabilities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Deliver structured training sessions on Digital Marketing and E\-Commerce as per the approved curriculum
• Train candidates on modules including:
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• SEM (Google Ads, Paid Campaigns)
• Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Content Marketing \& Blogging
• Email Marketing
• Web Analytics (Google Analytics)
• E\-Commerce Platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Meesho, etc.)
• Conduct hands\-on practical sessions, assignments, and live project work
• Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments where required
• Monitor trainee progress and provide individual mentoring and feedback
• Prepare trainees for job placements, freelancing, or entrepreneurship opportunities
• Maintain attendance, performance reports, and training documentation
• Coordinate with project managers and CSR stakeholders for reporting and audits
• Support placement activities such as resume building, interview preparation, and job readiness

• *Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
• 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and/or E\-Commerce
• Prior experience in training, teaching, or skill development programs is highly desirable

• *Key Skills:**

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Hands\-on experience with ad campaigns and analytics tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and online teaching tools

• *Preferred Attributes:**

• Experience working on CSR or government\-funded skill development projects
• Familiarity with NSDC / Skill India frameworks
• Ability to work with diverse and underprivileged learner groups
• Passion for social impact and community development

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹15,000\.00 per month
