The Training Officer is responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting training programs for employees in Garments, Spinning, Weaving, and Sizing departments. The officer must possess sound knowledge of production processes, machine operations, quality standards, and safety procedures in all departments and ensure employees are properly trained to improve productivity, quality, and workplace safety.

- *Training \& Development:**
- Conduct induction training and on\-job training for new employees and workers.
- Plan and deliver skill development programs for Garments, Spinning, Weaving, and Sizing departments.
- Identify training requirements and prepare department\-wise training schedules.
- Assess employee skill levels and provide refresher training when required.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and employee performance after training sessions.
- Maintain training records, attendance, skill matrix, and competency assessments.
- Provide training on department processes, production flow, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Train employees on machine operations, process controls, quality requirements, and best practices.
- Support employees in improving efficiency, productivity, and reducing operational errors.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify process improvements and training needs.
- Conduct quality awareness and workplace safety training programs.
- Train employees on PPE usage, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Support implementation of 5S, continuous improvement, and workplace discipline initiatives.
- *Documentation \& Reporting:**
- Prepare training materials, SOPs, presentations, and manuals.
- Maintain training reports and submit periodic updates to management.
- Update employee training status and skill development records.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology, Garment Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in Textile / Garment manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of Garments, Spinning, Weaving, and Sizing processes and operations.
- Good communication, presentation, and training skills.
- Training and people development skills.
- Leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of quality systems, EHS, and productivity improvement methods.
Ability to handle multi\-department training activities.
Diploma / Degree in Textile Technology, Garment Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Experience in Textile / Garment manufacturing industry.
