Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result\-oriented Training \& Placement Officer to manage placement activities, build industry connections, and enhance career opportunities for college students.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage campus placement activities and recruitment drives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with companies and corporate HR teams.
• Coordinate with recruiters for student placement opportunities.
• Organize campus interviews, job fairs, and placement drives.
• Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and training to students.
• Maintain placement records and prepare placement reports.
• Ensure maximum student placement through industry collaborations.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Minimum 5\+ years of experience as a Training \& Placement Officer in the same field.
• Experience working with colleges or educational institutions.
• Strong corporate networking and industry connections.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of campus recruitment and placement processes.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline preferred.

Salary

₹35,000 per month (Negotiable for deserving candidates).
