Travel Sales and Operations Executive

We are looking for an experienced and customer\-focused Sales \& Operations Executive with a strong background in the holiday travel industry. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience in selling holiday packages, handling client operations during travel, creating customized itineraries, and coordinating with vendors and partners.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Handle sales inquiries for domestic and international holiday packages
• Understand customer requirements and create customized travel itineraries
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, DMCs, and other travel vendors for quotations and bookings
• Manage end\-to\-end holiday operations from booking till trip completion
• Assist and support customers during travel for smooth trip execution
• Negotiate with vendors to secure competitive rates and service quality
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Ensure timely sharing of vouchers, confirmations, and travel documents
• Maintain good relationships with clients and travel partners

• *Required Skills**

• Strong knowledge of holiday destinations and travel planning
• Experience in holiday package sales and operations
• Good communication and customer handling skills
• Ability to manage trip escalations and operational issues efficiently
• Vendor negotiation and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of itinerary costing and quotations
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast\-paced environment

• *Experience Required**

Minimum 3 years of experience in a holiday packages sales and operations role

• *Preferred Candidate Profile**

• Prior experience in a travel agency/tour company
• Confident in handling both sales and post\-booking operations
• Passionate about travel and customer experience
• Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹35,000\.00 per month
