MeraTripBanao is a growing travel company specialising in customised Kashmir holiday packages. We help travellers plan memorable trips through personalised itineraries, carefully selected hotels and houseboats, reliable transportation and local travel experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Travel Sales Consultant who can independently manage customer inquiries, plan holiday packages, prepare quotations, convert leads into bookings and coordinate the complete travel experience.

Key Responsibilities1\. Travel Sales \& Customer Consultation

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email and social media.
• Understand customer requirements, travel dates, preferences and budgets.
• Recommend and sell customised Kashmir holiday packages.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Handle price negotiations, customer objections and booking closures.
• Maintain relationships with customers and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

2\. Holiday Package Planning

• Prepare customised day\-wise itineraries for Kashmir destinations.
• Plan packages covering Srinagar, Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Sonamarg and other tourist destinations.
• Recommend suitable hotels, houseboats, transportation and sightseeing options.
• Prepare professional quotations and travel proposals.
• Calculate package costs, selling prices and profit margins.
• Suggest suitable packages based on customer preferences and budgets.

3\. Booking \& Vendor Management

• Coordinate with hotels, houseboats, cab operators and local vendors.
• Check availability, negotiate rates and confirm reservations.
• Maintain updated supplier rates and booking records.
• Ensure all travel arrangements are confirmed before customer arrival.

4\. Travel Operations \& Customer Support

• Monitor confirmed bookings and travel schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors and customers before and during trips.
• Handle booking changes, customer concerns and operational issues.
• Ensure smooth communication between customers and service providers.
• Coordinate the complete travel experience from booking to trip completion.

5\. Reporting \& Administration

• Maintain customer inquiries, follow\-ups and booking records.
• Update CRM, Excel or Google Sheets.
• Track daily inquiries, conversions and revenue.
• Prepare regular sales and booking performance reports.

Required Experience \& Skills

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in travel sales, holiday packages, tour operations or an OTA.
• Strong knowledge of Kashmir tourism and popular destinations.
• Proven experience in selling domestic holiday packages.
• Ability to independently prepare itineraries and quotations.
• Practical knowledge of hotel, houseboat and transportation pricing.
• Strong sales, negotiation and customer\-conversion skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries, bookings and customer requirements.

• *Preference will be given to candidates with hands\-on experience selling Kashmir holiday packages and independently managing the complete booking process.**
