Job Overview
ZFORB International is seeking an experienced and results\-driven **Travel Sales Manager** to lead and manage the sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth team operations, driving sales performance, mentoring team members, improving conversions, and achieving overall business targets. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent customer\-handling abilities, and in\-depth knowledge of holiday packages, travel destinations, and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Travel Sales and Holiday Advisor teams.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure team targets are achieved.
- Assist team members in handling customer queries and closing sales.
- Provide guidance on creating and selling customized holiday packages and travel memberships.
- Conduct regular sales training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Track team productivity, lead management, follow\-ups, and conversions.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and team performance.
- Ensure CRM updates, reporting, and sales processes are followed effectively.
- Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

- In\-depth knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
- Strong understanding of travel sales, memberships, and holiday package sales.
