Treasury Lead

We’re Hiring: Treasury Lead \- Interim / Time\-bound Consultant (Maternity Cover)

Location: Gurgaon

Duration: 6–12 Months

We are looking for an experienced Treasury Lead–level consultant to join on a time\-bound assignment to provide maternity cover and ensure seamless continuity of treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and daily cash positioning
• Ensure availability of funds for operational and capital requirements
• Support short\- and long\-term liquidity planning
• Manage banking relationships and borrowing requirements
• Monitor compliance with loan agreements and support regulatory reporting
• Handle FX and interest rate exposure management, including hedging activities
• Review treasury policies, controls, and operational procedures
• Partner with FP\&A and business teams to optimize working capital
• Oversee electronic cash receipts/disbursement processes and billing accuracy
• Provide interim leadership and operational continuity during the coverage period

Candidate Profile

✔ MBA or equivalent advanced qualification in Finance

✔ Minimum 3 years of experience as a Treasury Lead in a mid\-sized organization

✔ Strong hands\-on treasury operations experience (not advisory\-only)

✔ Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills
