Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling two\-wheelers, generating leads, assisting customers throughout the sales process, and achieving monthly sales targets. The role involves building strong customer relationships, conducting vehicle demonstrations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist walk\-in customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable two\-wheeler models.
• Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance options, and promotional offers.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test rides.
• Generate and follow up on sales leads through showroom visits, referrals, telecalling, and field activities.
• Maintain regular follow\-up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Coordinate with finance and insurance teams for loan and insurance processing.
• Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and customer records.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, deliveries, and customer interactions.
• Participate in showroom events, roadshows, promotional activities, and marketing campaigns.
• Collect customer feedback and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Build long\-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required Qualifications

• Plus Two / Degree / Diploma in any discipline.
• Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in automobile sales will be an added advantage.
• Valid two\-wheeler driving license preferred.

Working Hours

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Monday to Saturday
