Responsibilities

• Create user\-centric UI designs for web and mobile applications.
• Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high\-fidelity interfaces in Figma.
• Develop interactive prototypes and user journeys.
• Create motion animations and micro\-interactions in Figma.
• Identify usability issues and suggest improvements for existing websites and digital products.
• Conduct UX audits and competitor research.
• Maintain consistency through design systems and component libraries.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness across devices.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Knowledge of motion design, prototyping, and interactions in Figma.
• Ability to analyze websites and identify UI/UX problems.
• Strong visual design skills, including typography, color, and layout.
• Attention to detail and problem\-solving mindset.
• Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (academic, freelance, or personal projects are welcome).
